We are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter who can help us attract, evaluate, and onboard the right talent to fuel our growth journey.
Role Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — from understanding manpower needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely onboarding. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build a strong and reliable workforce across all levels (from production to managerial).
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Planning
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements for all verticals (Production, Sales, Admin, Accounts, Logistics, etc.)
Prepare monthly/quarterly hiring plans aligned with business goals.
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
3. Screening & Selection
Shortlist and interview candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate technical/functional interviews with department heads.
Ensure transparent, fast, and efficient recruitment processes.
4. Offer & Onboarding
Handle salary negotiations and issue offer letters.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration.
5. Database & Reporting
Maintain a recruitment tracker for open positions, candidate pipeline, and hiring status.
Submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports to management.
6. Process Improvement
Develop standardized job descriptions and evaluation formats for all roles.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand and hiring process efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: 12th pass
Experience: 1 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in FMCG / Food manufacturing / Plant-based setups).
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong networking & sourcing capabilities
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance
