Website: www.axestrack.com Job Description Position: Human Resource Recruiter We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily recruitment activities of the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes, and supporting various HR functions, including the recruitment of both technical and non-technical positions. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort with making calls, and at least 6 months of HR recruitment experience. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech Profiles: • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical positions. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role. Candidate Management: • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback. • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Strong Communication Skills: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. • Effectively communicate job requirements and expectations to potential candidates. Comfortable in Making Calls: • Proactively reach out to potential candidates through cold calling and follow-up calls. • Conduct phone interviews and discuss job opportunities with applicants. Qualifications: Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
