You will handle hardware/software issues, assist clients with product queries, and contribute to the efficiency of our technical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 support for users (internal/external) related to hardware, software, and applications. Offer product support to clients by resolving functional or technical issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-level problems, including data-related concerns. Respond promptly to support tickets and queries, ensuring timely resolution Handle routine IT administrative tasks including password resets, user account updates, and access management. Maintain documentation of all troubleshooting procedures and resolutions. Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals. Fluency in Hindi and ability to speak and write basic English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
