Event Execution (Primary Focus): Plan, organize, and execute marketing events and community engagement programs by collaborating with associations like housing societies, NGO’s, etc. per month to increase local brand visibility which will target customer acquisition Ensure each event generates qualified leads, aligning with brand goals. Execute events in strict adherence to predefined brand guidelines and setup protocols. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to manage logistics, permissions, collateral, and manpower. Maintain a calendar of events and ensure proper tracking, follow-up, and reporting post-event. Analyse event outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements. 2. Branding Execution: Identify visible and high-traffic sites for executing branding activities (hoardings, standees, etc.). Select and manage cost-effective, quality-driven vendors for execution. Ensure timely and accurate branding execution across all retail locations as per brand standards. Support branding activities for new store launches and special marketing campaigns. Monitor condition of existing branding materials and initiate timely replacements/repairs.
