Senior Account Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Billing Executive cum Accounts Receivable to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, and tracking accounts receivable. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 1.          Billing: Ø Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary information for billing purposes. Ø Verify billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Ø Handle billing discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise. Ø Maintain billing records and documentation.   2.          Accounts Receivable: Ø Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments. Ø Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment status. Ø Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy. Ø Prepare and send regular statements of accounts to customers. Ø Work with the other team to escalate unresolved payment issues.   3.          Customer Service: Ø Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to billing and accounts receivable. Ø Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth billing and payment processes.   4.          Compliance: Ø Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting regulations.    Qualifications and Skills:   Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Ø Strong knowledge of billing processes, accounting principles. Ø Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Ø Basic knowledge of TDS and GST. Ø Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ø Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ø Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
