About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
HR
Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple domains while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-tov end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Use job boards, social media, internal databases, and other platforms to source high-quality candidates.
- Conduct preliminary screening and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with Technical panel and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate hiring reports as needed.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/non-IT services or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring practices.
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Psychology or any relevant discipline. MBA in HR is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with campus hiring, walk-ins, and bulk hiring is an added advantage.
- Understanding of labor laws, hiring compliance, and diversity hiring strategies.
