About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

HR

Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple domains while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-tov end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Use job boards, social media, internal databases, and other platforms to source high-quality candidates.
Conduct preliminary screening and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Technical panel and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate hiring reports as needed.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Drive employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and recruitment drives.

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/non-IT services or fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously with a high sense of ownership and urgency.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data-driven hiring practices.
Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / Psychology or any relevant discipline. MBA in HR is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with campus hiring, walk-ins, and bulk hiring is an added advantage.
Understanding of labor laws, hiring compliance, and diversity hiring strategies.
