Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter and Generalist with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic in Pune, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and generalist roles.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
