HR Payroll & Compliance

We are looking for a HR Payroll & Compliance Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance management. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and thorough knowledge of labour laws and payroll compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Manage salary components including basic, allowances, deductions, arrears, reimbursements, incentives, and full & final settlements
• Ensure correct computation of income tax (TDS) on salaries
• Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement

Statutory Compliance & Remittance

• Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Ensure timely remittance and filing of returns for PF, ESI, PT, and TDS
• Manage compliance related to Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Payment of Wages, and Minimum Wages
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and ensure readiness for audits/inspections

HR Operations & Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports related to payroll and compliance
• Address employee queries regarding salary, tax, PF, ESI, and other benefits
• Support HR team in HR policies related to payroll and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in must

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Payroll & HR Compliance

• Strong knowledge of statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF)

• Hands-on experience with payroll software (GreytHR, Spine, Zoho Payroll, or similar)
• Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance orientation
