US Payroll Executive

Job Title: US Payroll Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, India (WFO)

Company: IMS Group

Shift: either mountain shift (10:30 hrs )or Eastern hours (9:30 hrs)

Collect approved timesheets and expense reports from various sources including email, ticketing systems, VMS platforms, time clocks, SharePoint, and others following a predefined schedule.

Audit and reconcile time entries to ensure accuracy across regular hours, overtime, leave, and exception categories.

Enter worker time and expenses for assigned clients across all pay cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly).

Ensure timely and accurate processing of time and expenses in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs).

Generate and analyze reports to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or missing data.

Support compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations related to timekeeping and expense reporting.

Respond to inquiries from workers and customers regarding time and expense entries, including corrections, approvals, and general support.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Payroll, Billing, and Workforce Success to resolve time and expense-related issues.

Escalate time capture issues promptly to Time Capture Lead for swift resolution.

Maintain high levels of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with company policies and procedures.
