• Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and documentation in accordance with mining regulations.

• HR dashboards

• contract labour ratios and productivity metrics

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Labour Welfare, or equivalent

• 5–10 years

• Mines Act, Coal Mines Regulations, labour legislations, CLRA, Factories Act, and Industrial Relations Act

• Proven ability to handle audits, inspections, and compliance disputes.
  

• HRMS, HR software, and MS Office
