  2. Client Coordination

    : Handle client communications, understand hiring needs & provide timely updates
  3. Job Allocation

    : Distribute open roles among recruiters based on priority and skill
  4. Interview Coordination

    : Oversee end-to-end interview process and ensure smooth candidate experience
  5. Recruitment Strategy

    : Plan sourcing approaches, review pipelines, and ensure timely closures
  6. Reporting

    : Track team performance, create dashboards, and report to leadership
  7. Compliance & Documentation

    : Maintain accurate hiring records, ensure process compliance

Qualifications

  1. Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills
  2. Prior experience in recruitment operations & client handling
  3. Ability to manage teams and meet hiring targets
