Role & responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and audit readiness.

HR Systems & Data Management

Administer HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.

Employee Engagement & Support

Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Support engagement initiatives and grievance handling.

Process Improvement

Identify gaps and implement best practices to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
