Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve KPIs and SLAs.
* Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure smooth workflow.

* Prepare and share periodic reports with management and clients.
* Monitor and improve operational processes for better efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
* Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Train and develop team members on processes, tools, and soft skills.
* Manage employee engagement, conflict resolution, and attrition.
* Support succession planning and employee career growth.
* Maintain accurate reports on team performance, attendance, and productivity.
* Share weekly/monthly operational reports with management.
* Document SOPs, risk assessments, and improvement plans.
