Job Title: HR Ops Specialist

Reports to: HRBP

Department – People & Culture

Job Location: FE-21, B-2, 1st Floor, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Malviya Nagar, Rajasthan 302017, IN

Employment Type: Full Time (Remote / Work from Office / Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage and streamline HR

processes across the employee lifecycle. The role involves handling onboarding, HRIS updates, payroll

coordination, compliance, and employee support—ensuring smooth operations and a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

● HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

○ Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

○ Assist in the execution of end-to-end onboarding and induction for new employees.

○ Coordinate offboarding, including resignations, full & final settlements, and system deactivation.

● Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

○ Track and manage attendance records and leave data.

○ Prepare inputs for payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance in coordination with the

finance/payroll team.

○ Support audits and ensure HR documentation aligns with labor laws and internal policies.

● Policy & Process Management

○ Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

○ Ensure consistent application of company policies across departments.

● Employee Record Management

○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital formats.

○ Manage HRMS data and employee documentation (e.g., offer letters, contracts, ID proof, etc.).

Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in:

● HR operations or generalist HR roles.

● Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll tools.

● Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.

● Excellent organizational and communication skills.

● Proficiency in G-Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

● Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data dashboards)

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion

Bonus Skills (A Plus for Your Application):

1. Experience with HR tools like Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, or similar platforms

2. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance documentation

3. Exposure to internal or external HR audits

4. Certification in HR operations, payroll, or labor law compliance.

5. Experience in automating HR workflows or process improvement initiatives
