Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Operations Procurement Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Little Big World, responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring seamless operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and prices.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
Analyze data to optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
Knowledge of procurement software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
