About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented

HR Operations Intern

to support the HR team in managing core operational processes. The intern will assist in ensuring HR compliance, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and supporting payroll, onboarding, and exit formalities. This role offers valuable exposure to the backbone of HR operations and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records, updating employee data, and preparing documents for internal/external HR audits.
  • Payroll Support: Help with payroll data collation, attendance verification, and maintaining leave and benefits records.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate pre-joining formalities, prepare induction materials, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
  • Documentation & Record Management: Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Exit Formalities: Support in offboarding activities including clearance, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
  • HR Operations: Assist in process improvements, data reporting, and other HR administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s (mandatory) or Master’s degree (or in final semester) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
