Department: Client Services / Staffing Operations. Location: Bhubaneswar. Reports to: Client Services Manager. Job Type: Full-time. Job Summary: As a Client Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal staffing operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating staffing needs, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams Develop strong client relationships by providing responsive and professional support Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and staffing needs Service Delivery Coordinate and fulfil client staffing requests quickly and accurately Ensure placements meet client expectations and compliance requirements Monitor assignment progress and address any client or associate issues promptly Operations & Administration Maintain accurate client records in CRM and staffing systems Generate reports on client activity, fill ratios, and service levels Assist with onboarding, orientation, and assignment coordination for temporary associates Problem Solving & Communication Handle service issues, complaints, and urgent client requests Communicate updates to clients and internal teams clearly and promptly Escalate major issues to management with appropriate recommendations.
