Job Summary:

HR Operations professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits
  
• Maintain and update employee records in the

  HRIS

  and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate new hire documentation, induction, and orientation programs
  
• Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, benefits, etc.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data (leaves, attendance, changes)
  
• Manage documentation for contracts, ID cards, offer letters, exit forms, etc.
  
• Assist in the implementation of HR projects and process improvements
  
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, attrition, leave reports)
  
• Coordinate background checks, insurance enrollment, and other HR administrative tasks
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of payroll software and time management systems
  
• Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
  
• Experience in working with multi-location or remote teams
  
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
  
• Experience with HR audits or ISO documentation
