Job Description

As a Human Resources Operations Specialist at our Product based company, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operational activities within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee relations, training & development, employee engagement, grievances, and performance appraisals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor internal HR systems and databases - Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures - Address employee queries on issues related to compensation and other relevant topics - Prepare employees for assignments through orientation and training programs - Conduct various employee engagement activities - Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results - Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees accordingly - Complete HR operational requirements and nurture a positive working environment - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system for high performance - Assess training needs and monitor training programs - Report to management using HR metrics for decision support - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management - Manage employee benefits, including enrolment and claims resolution - Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes - Act as the primary HR point of contact for ISO & Internal audits - Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures - Other duties as assigned **Qualifications Required:** - Fresher to 1 year of related HR operations experience required - Prior experience with product based or startup will be a plus - People oriented and results-driven - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) - Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Degree in Human Resources or related field This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the field of Human Resources within a dynamic and innovative environment.
