As a passionate individual looking to excel in the field of Human Resources at a Product based company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational activities for the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring internal HR systems and databases - Acting as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures - Addressing employee queries on compensation and other relevant topics - Conducting orientation and training programs for new assignments - Organizing various employee engagement activities - Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results - Assessing and maintaining employee benefits programs - Completing HR operational requirements and nurturing a positive working environment - Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system - Assessing training needs and monitoring training programs - Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics - Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management - Managing employee benefits, onboarding, and offboarding processes - Acting as the primary HR point of contact for audits and managing HR compliance documentation - Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures - Handling any other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: - Fresher to 1 year of related HR operations experience required, experience with product-based or startup companies is a plus - People-oriented and results-driven individual - Strong communication skills - Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) - Ability to architect strategy and demonstrate leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Degree in Human Resources or related field Skills: - Human Resource Management System (HRMS) - Communication Skills - Employee Engagement - Training and Development - Performance Appraisal,
