Designation : HR Operation Admin

HR Job Duties:

•⁠ ⁠Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)

•⁠ ⁠Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager

•⁠ ⁠Compile and update employee records

. Payroll process for remote, fulltime, part time employees, auditors, tutors

•⁠ ⁠Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

•⁠ ⁠Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

•⁠ ⁠Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

HR Skills and Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

•⁠ ⁠1-year experience in HR or fresh graduate encourage to apply.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of PF,EIS and etc.,

•⁠ ⁠Highly organised and detail oriented

•⁠ ⁠Efficient time-management, direction

•⁠ ⁠Skilled in the art of multitasking

•⁠ ⁠Excels both in independent work and collaboration

•⁠ ⁠Good analytical and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Honest, ethical and dependable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
