Job Description

Role Overview: As a mid-level HR professional in Jaipur, you will be responsible for various HR activities. Your role will require you to possess a Post-Graduate Degree in HR as a mandatory qualification. You should have 2-5 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles and Employee Relations. Your expertise in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting or acquiring background checks and employment eligibility verifications. - Preparing paperwork and facilitating smooth new hire onboarding processes. - Coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless first-day experience for new employees. - Conducting employee onboarding and organizing training & development initiatives. - Providing support to employees on HR-related topics like leaves and compensation, and resolving any arising issues. - Maintaining employee files and records in both electronic and paper form. - Assisting in the communication and interpretation of the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart. - Contributing to policy development. - Monitoring internal HR systems and databases, recommending new software for personnel needs. - Completing HR operational requirements and utilizing HRMS and Recruitment Marketing tools. Qualification Required: - Post-Graduate Degree in HR. - 2-5 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles and Employee Relations. - Proficiency in HRMS. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Expertise in MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Additional Details: This is a full-time on-site position in Jaipur, offering a salary commensurate with your experience and skills.
