HR Operations Executive

The role involves providing support in various HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new employees by facilitating joining formalities and ensuring they receive essential documents and training. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR systems regularly. Moreover, preparing HR documents such as offer letters, experience letters, etc., and addressing employee queries related to HR matters will be part of your daily tasks. Ensuring compliance with HR rules and regulations is vital in this role, and you will be expected to support the exit process during employee resignations, clearance procedures, and exit interviews. To excel in this position, you should hold a Master's degree, preferably in HR or a related field, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a basic understanding of MS Office applications such as Excel and Word. A willingness to learn HR systems and tools is essential. Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
