Job Summary: We are looking for a Branch Administrative Officer to support the sales team at our branch. This role involves handling daily office operations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day branch office activities. Support the sales team with reports, schedules, and follow-ups. Keep records of sales data and team performance. Coordinate meetings and training for the sales team. Handle communication between the branch and head office. Assist in preparing presentations and documents for clients or internal use. Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth logistics. Support HR and finance tasks like attendance, leave records, or petty cash handling if needed. Requirements: Graduate degree (preferred in business or administration). 5 - 10 + years of administrative or sales support experience. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus. Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
