Role Overview: As a Senior HR Executive in a our company, you will oversee and manage the human resources functions to ensure a productive and compliant work environment. Your role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to enhance employee productivity. Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining proper documentation and records. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for staff.resources.workable.com Skills & Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in academic or research-oriented organizations. Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
