Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to handle day-to-day HR processes, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, and support overall HR efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRMIS Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination Support recruitment processes: screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.) Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications Ensure HR policy compliance and support audits Address employee queries related to HR operations and escalate when required Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS on a regular basis Work with cross-functional teams to support organizational HR initiatives Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR operations Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS tools, and standard HR processes Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
