Job Description

JD FOR HR OPERATION
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting and executing HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and efficient employee lifecycle management. This role is key to maintaining organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction at DAP KIA.

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Process employee documentation such as contracts, confirmation letters, and exit clearance.
  • Maintain and monitor attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, etc.).

2. Payroll & Benefits

  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee data for payroll (leaves, overtime, bonuses, etc.).
  • Assist in managing employee benefits such as EOBI, health insurance, and provident fund.

3. Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal regulations and labor codes.
  • Prepare data and documentation for audits and inspections.

4. Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment records and documentation.
  • Support in onboarding and induction sessions.

5. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Help resolve employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support internal communication related to HR initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant HR operations or generalist experience (preferably in the automotive or retail sector).
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and local labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS/HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site role.
  • 6-day work week (may vary based on location/company policy).
