Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).
Update employee personal and professional details regularly.
Assist in payroll processing by providing accurate attendance/leave data.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.
Maintain compliance-related documentation for audits.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Ensure employees follow company guidelines and processes.
Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new hires.
Manage exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and final settlements.
Address day-to-day employee queries related to HR operations (salary, leaves, benefits).
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in appraisal process coordination and maintain performance records.
Schedule training programs and maintain training attendance/feedback.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards (attrition, headcount, leave balances, etc.).
Track and analyze HR operational metrics for management review.
