Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, induction, and coordination with departments.
• Handle offboarding activities such as exit interviews, clearance formalities, and final settlements.
• Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing quick and effective resolution.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Support HR reporting, HRMS updates, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve employee experience and HR processes.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist roles.
• Strong enthusiasm and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proven experience in onboarding, offboarding, and employee management.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools, MS Excel, and HR documentation.
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment.
