Key Responsibilities HR & General Administration: Handling recruitment along with joining, induction & documentation for both white collar and blue collar employees. Handling corporate insurance and other local group insurance policies like medi-claim, personal accident and WC policy. Sound understanding of vendor/contractor management, contract labour management Letter drafting, data & reporting, MIS as per requirement Strong understanding of time office management and time to time support to shift HR officers as required on day to day operations. Ensuring welfare facilities in plant. Experience in managing security, housekeeping, canteen, employee transport, OHC and other admin areas. Planning and execution of staff and workmen training & development. Understanding and execution of Performance Management System as per requirement. Understanding and experience in employee engagement, employee experience, building culture. Qualification Required Post Graduate with Specialization in Human Resources Management Experience And Skills Required Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience Prior working experience in manufacturing mandatory. Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint and experience in HR systems Must have good spoken and written communication skills (Hindi and English) Must be proactive, self-driven and energetic with good interpersonal skills.
