HR OFFICER

As an Employee Welfare Program Manager, your role will involve overseeing various employee welfare programs and initiatives to create a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. - Implementing and monitoring policies related to employee well-being and safety. - Coordinating and conducting employee engagement activities and events. - Maintaining accurate records and reports related to employee welfare and administration. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects. - Staying updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. - Assisting in HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR databases. - Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
