Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Provide strategic support to the management team by developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures. Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks such as record-keeping, communication, and reporting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels within the organization. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to human resource management. With Good communication skills, positive approach in solving the issues raised by clients, office Managers cum coordination among the employees Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in HR Operations, Onboarding, HR Services, Human Resource Management (HRM), Employee Relations, Performance Management, Multitasking. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP/PHR).
