Teja Technical Services has been a trusted name in the Telecom industry for over 25 years across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. We are specialists in Integrated Maintenance and EV Operations & Maintenance (O&M), with a strong operational base in Bengaluru city.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR & Finance Executive to join our Bengaluru office and independently manage HR functions and finance/accounts operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Handle payroll processing, employee attendance, and records.

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.

Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture.

Finance & Accounts:

Oversee day-to-day accounting, vendor management, and bank transactions.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.

Manage cash flow, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Finance roles.

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and payroll.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and HR management tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.
