Job Description

Tune Clinical Aesthetics – Coimbatore

HR & Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Support HR policy implementation, performance review cycles, and payroll coordination
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and ensure HR statutory compliance
Experience in healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage

Finance & Administration:

Support daily accounting operations including billing, payments, and vendor management
Assist in budgeting, monthly financial reporting, and MIS preparation
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal finance teams
Oversee clinic-level administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning

Requirements

MBA with specialization in HR & Finance
Minimum 2–5 years
of experience in HR and/or Finance roles and freshers do not apply
Strong experience in recruitment and candidate screening
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting concepts
Willingness to travel to our Chennai clinic when required
