What You’ll Do:

Finance Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly invoicing and billing
• Maintain and update financial records (TDS, GST, bookkeeping)
• Coordinate with our finance partner for timely filings
• Follow up on client payments and outstanding dues
• Support budget documentation and expense tracking

HR & People Operations

• Manage daily attendance and leave records
• Help with payroll calculations and processing
• Coordinate hiring activities, shortlist resumes, fix interviews
• Assist in onboarding new team members
• Maintain internal HR records and documentation

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years of experience in an operations, finance, or HR role (preferred)
• Freshers with strong organisation skills are also welcome
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and email tools
• Good communication and time management skills
• Quick learner and eager to wear multiple hats in a fast-moving team
• Available for
