Location: Coimbatore (with regular travel to our Chennai clinic)

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR & Finance

Tune Clinical Aesthetics is a fast-growing healthcare and aesthetics brand committed to delivering high-quality dermatology and cosmetic treatments. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic HR & Finance Executive to join our Coimbatore team.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management
• Support HR policies, performance reviews, and payroll coordination
• Assist in employee engagement and HR compliance activities

Finance :

• Support daily accounting activities (billing, payments, vendor management)
• Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and MIS preparation
• Coordinate with auditors and finance teams as required
• Manage administrative operations of the clinic

Requirements

• MBA with HR & Finance specialization (mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or finance roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting
• Willingness to travel to our Chennai clinic as needed
