HR & Finance Executive


Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.


Key Responsibilities:


1. HR & Recruitment

  • Managing

    end-to-end recruitment

    with a focus on

    Technical Hiring

    .
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their technical skills and qualifications.
  • Sourcing and engaging top talent through social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner & negotiating job offers for new hires.
  • Handling recruitment for non-technical roles across the organization.
  • Designing and implementing HR policies to improve employee productivity and engagement.
  • Overseeing on boarding, induction, attendance, and leave management to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee development, benefits, and exit formalities.
  • Facilitating

    learning & development

    frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Administering

    payroll, compliance, and benefits

    processes efficiently.
  • Ensuring adherence to HR compliance and maintain accurate documentation.


2. Admin & Vendor Management

  • Coordinating with vendors ensure cost-effective and timely deliverables.
  • Handling procurement and office administration including purchase of project essentials.
  • Managing reimbursements and streamline background verification processes.
  • Maintaining smooth administrative operations to support all departments.


3. Finance Coordination (Non-Accounting Role)

  • Acting as a

    link between internal teams and the vendors

    for all financial and

    compliance-related matters.
  • Handling

    payment coordination

    , including import remittances and bank transfers.
  • Maintaining

    and track all financial documents.
  • Ensuring timely

    submission of documents

    for compliance.
  • Keeping comprehensive and organized records for easy audit readiness and reporting.


Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in Technical and Non-Technical Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR Operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal & external team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity


Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR & Finance roles, preferably within a technical or engineering organization.
  • Prior experience in finance coordination and vendor management will be an advantage.
