HR Manager

San City is a fast-growing real estate company seeking a strategic and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations—tailored to the dynamic and field-based environment of real estate development. Recruitment & Staffing: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning. Conduct interviews and onboard new employees efficiently. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and professional work environment. Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely manner. Organize employee engagement and welfare activities. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide training to managers. Monitor and track KPIs, and support professional development. HR Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs. Promote continuous learning and skill development. Payroll & Adminstration: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sector. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in mid to large-scale infrastructure or real estate companies. Knowledge of safety standards and workforce management on project sites.
