We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to support and lead our HR functions as we continue to Job Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, salary, etc.). • Implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and company requirements. • Handle employee grievances and foster a positive working environment. • Coordinate performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation processes. • Oversee payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). • Plan and execute employee engagement and training activities. • Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and HR-related concerns. • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, practices, and regulations. • Maintain discipline, address absenteeism issues, and take corrective actions when necessary. Key Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage conflicts and maintain confidentiality. • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems/software. • Time management and organizational skills. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
