Job Title: HR & Admin Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Plot No 8 Ganesh Vihar -B, Nirman Nagar Jaipur Rajasthan Pin code-302019
Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector)
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Handle full-cycle recruitment: manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
Maintain and monitor attendance, leave, and payroll systems.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Oversee statutory compliance: PF, ESI, Factory Act, Labour Laws, etc.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development plans.
Plan and conduct training & development programs.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Administration:
Oversee general administration of the plant/office premises (security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, etc.).
Vendor management for office/plant-related services.
Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental norms.
Handle asset and inventory records related to admin functions.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and management.
Support in audits (internal, statutory, safety) and documentation.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll software
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
