Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Management Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Manage end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) Build talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives 2. Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances Promote a positive work environment and company culture Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution 3. Performance Management Design and manage performance appraisal systems Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews Implement employee development and succession planning 4. Training & Development Identify training needs and organize learning programs Promote leadership development and skill enhancement Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI 5. Compensation & Benefits Develop and administer compensation structures Manage payroll coordination, incentives, and benefits programs Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness 6. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation 7. HR Strategy & Reporting Align HR strategies with organizational goals Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce analytics Advise senior management on HR-related matters Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree or HR certification (preferred) Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Leadership and people-management abilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
