We are hiring for Leading Mnc Mfg company for the position of Manager HR For Mumbai Location.

Education:

Experience:

Required Candidate Profiles

• Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; MBA (HR) is an added advantage.
• 4 - 5 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing, chemicals, or engineering sectors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and comfort with HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in posting job ads on social medias and company websites.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct initial screening calls.

Prepare onboarding materials and assist with the orientation of new employees.

Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork.

Performance & Talent Management

Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to streamline the HR process.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Drive HR communication and employee engagement programs to build a cohesive culture.
