Role OverviewWe are looking for a Student-Oriented HR & Placement Executive who will act as the bridge between students, trainers, and recruiters. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with students, guiding them, and helping them succeed in their careers. Key ResponsibilitieS Student Success & Career SupportMaintain regular interaction with students, understanding their learning progress and challenges. Organize resume-building sessions, soft skills workshops, and interview preparation activities. Track student performance and coordinate with trainers for improvement plans. Collect student feedback and share it with the management for continuous improvement. Placement & Industry ConnectReach out to HRs of semiconductor/VLSI companies for placement opportunities. Maintain relationships with alumni working in the industry for referrals and mentoring sessions. Assist students during the entire placement process (applications, interviews, onboarding). Culture & EngagementPlan student engagement activities like hackathons, group discussions, and alumni meets. Ensure students feel motivated, supported, and confident throughout their journey. HR Operations (Basic)Manage student records, placement databases, and attendance systems. Support trainers and staff with onboarding and documentation. QualificationsGraduate (any discipline, preference for HR/Business/Engineering background). 1 year of experience in HR, student engagement, or placement coordination (freshers with strong passion can also apply). Good communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in education, student success, and career development.
