Quality is paramount, maintained through rigorous inspections at every stage. Role Description This is a full-time HR Manager role at PONNI FAB located in Karur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws, handle employee relations, and contribute to fostering a positive work culture. Qualifications Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, training, and performance management Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution Experience in fostering employee engagement and positive work culture Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is appreciated Show more Show less
