Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager who have worked in IT company As a HR position and to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through efficient HR management. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs and monitor training programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflicts Create a positive and productive work environment --- Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
