Job Description

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment process: job postings, interviews, selection, and offer letters.
  • Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive working environment through engagement programs.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and resolve conflicts.

3. Policy Development and Compliance

  • Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee handbook and HR records.

4. Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems.
  • Guide managers on employee appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Monitor and improve employee performance and productivity.

5. Training and Development

  • Assess training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Implement career development plans in alignment with organizational goals.

6. Payroll and Benefits

  • Coordinate with the finance department for accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance systems.
  • Handle employee exit processes including full & final settlement.

7. HR Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational development.
  • Forecast staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, practices, and principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
