As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated HR Manager to help us build and support our talented team. Role Summary: You will manage the core HR functions of our company, from recruitment to employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage employee records, attendance, and leave policies accurately. Assist with monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Help organize team-building activities to foster a strong company culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in an HR role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with basic HR functions and labor laws. Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
