HR MANAGER

NEO_WEDS is a modern wedding services company in Hubli dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. As we grow, we're looking for a dedicated HR Manager to help us build and support our talented team.

Role Summary: You will manage the core HR functions of our company, from recruitment to employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee records, attendance, and leave policies accurately.
• Assist with monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Help organize team-building activities to foster a strong company culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic HR functions and labor laws.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
