HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Ensure strict compliance with ESI, PF, and Indian labor laws
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with hospital goals and accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH)
• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee grievance handling
• Foster a positive and compliant work culture across departments

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and HR operations
• Proven expertise in recruitment, especially for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and multi-shift hospital operations

Educational Qualification:

MBA in HR (preferred)

Other graduates with relevant HR experience are also encouraged to apply
