HR MANAGER

As an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 4+ years of experience, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through policy development and procedure management. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks and fostering a positive work environment within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Consistently recruit excellent staff - Maintain a smooth onboarding process - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems - Provide counseling on policies and procedures - Participate actively in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process - Create and execute effective onboarding plans - Develop training and development programs - Assist in performance management processes - Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues - Maintain employee records in compliance with policies and legal requirements - Ensure legal compliance regarding employment and working conditions - Maintain employee and workplace privacy - Lead a team of junior human resource managers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field - Previous experience in human resources or related fields - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues - Experience in educating and coaching staff - Proficiency in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations - Familiarity with workplace privacy regulations - Strong presentation skills - Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws - Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook If you are passionate about the HR profession, highly efficient, and possess the required qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply for this position by submitting your CV to [email protected],
